About The Event
Join Natalie, Keera, and Adam for a deeply restorative beach experience centered around relaxation, nervous system support, and reconnecting with your body.
Natalie will offer reflexology focused on relieving stress, encouraging circulation, and supporting the body’s natural restorative processes through intentional work with the feet and hands.
Adam will provide massage therapy aimed at easing muscular tension, supporting recovery, and helping the body settle into greater comfort and ease.
Keera will offer intuitive touch and energy work rooted in somatic awareness, grounding, and compassionate presence.
Set against the sound of water and open sky, this offering invites you to slow down, soften, and receive care in a peaceful natural setting.
