Family Story Yoga is a playful class for all ages of respectful participants. We spend half our time exploring a story through movement and gentle yoga, and the other half socializing, coloring, and connecting in whatever way feels right. It’s joyful self-care, embodied storytelling, and community.

About The Event
Family Story Yoga is donations based space where imagination, embodiment, and community meet in a gentle, welcoming circle. This class is open to families, kids, caregivers, and grown-ups of all kinds, anyone able to participate with kindness, curiosity, and a respectful presence.
First Part:
We take a simple story and bring it to life through movement. We grow into trees, slither like rivers, shine like stars, or tiptoe like explorers. Yoga shapes become characters, breath becomes narration, giggles become the soundtrack. This part offers grounding self-care, emotional regulation, and embodied creativity for all ages.
Second Part:
After we move, we settle into gentle community time. Adults can chat and connect, kiddos can follow their own rhythms with options like coloring books, simple crafts, quiet play, or just being themselves.
