About The Event

Our Trauma Support Circle is a gentle, community-based space for tending to trauma together with care, respect, and compassion.


We gather in a non-judgmental, safer container where people from many walks of life, neurodivergent, gender-expansive, alternative, and beyond, are welcomed as they are.


These circles center connection, witnessing, and shared humanity. You’re invited to participate in whatever way feels right for you, speaking, listening, or simply being present. There is no pressure to share.


Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. In a world that often pulls us apart, this is an invitation to slow down, feel supported, and remember that we’re not meant to carry everything alone.


Open to all respectful 18+ folks. Sliding scale donation ($0–$25) supports Unbreaking’s mission of community care for those outside the mainstream. We ask everyone to help care for the shared space by being mindful of boundaries, keeping scents (like really strong body odor/cigaraette or cannabis…
