About The Event

Join Natalie and Keera for a deeply restorative experience blending yin yoga, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and reflexology.


This gentle, body-aware practice is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect with yourself through grounding movement and long-held, supportive poses. Classes focus on flexibility, mobility, nervous system regulation, and honoring your body’s natural pace. Participants are always encouraged to modify, rest, and move in ways that feel supportive for their body and energy level.


During class, Natalie will offer optional reflexology while participants rest in yin poses. Reflexology works with the understanding that the systems of the body are interconnected through the hands and feet. Gentle pressure on specific points may help encourage circulation, relieve stress and tension, and support the body in settling into a state of rest and repair.
